Determine the Templates to be Processed

The Universal Calculation checks to see if the Element being processed has one of the templates selected in the configuration. If the Element has no template, it will be skipped and provide a message. If the Element has a valid template, but it is not one of the templates selected in the configuration, it will be skipped from calculation loop. If the Element has a valid template and it is one selected in the configuration it will be included in the analysis.
